Discount and Promotional Offer Terms

These terms govern all discounts, gift vouchers, sales, and complimentary gift offers (“Offers”) provided by Dream Connect. Please read them carefully before participating in any promotional offer.

1. General Authority and Discretion

1. 1.1 Sole Authority: Dream Connect reserves the sole right and complete discretion to create, define, modify, suspend, or terminate any Offer at any time without prior notice.
2. 1.2 Interpretation: In the event of any ambiguity, dispute, or discrepancy regarding the interpretation of these Offer Terms or the eligibility criteria, the decision of Dream Connect shall be final and binding on all parties.

2. Offer Duration and Validity

1. 2.1 Fixed Validity: Each Offer will be valid only for the specific duration explicitly stated in the promotion details (e.g., banner, email, or product page).
2. 2.2 Date Changes: The Offer duration, start date, or end date will not be extended, changed, or modified upon customer request. Customers must redeem the Offer within the specified period. Dream Connect reserves the sole right and discretion to modify or terminate any Offer at any time without prior notice.
3. 2.3 Stock Limitations: All Offers are valid only while supplies last. Participation in an Offer does not guarantee the availability of any product or complimentary gift.

3. Eligibility and Redemption

1. 3.1 Eligibility Criteria: Offers are available only to customers who meet the specific criteria mentioned in the promotion (e.g., minimum purchase amount, eligible products, first-time user, etc.).
2. 3.2 Redemption Conditions: Offer redemption must follow the method and within the time frame mentioned in the promotional details. Offers may be void where prohibited by law.

4. Gifts and Complimentary Items

1. 4.1 Gift Value: Complimentary gifts provided under an Offer have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded separately.
2. 4.2 Substitution: In the event a specified gift item is unavailable, Dream Connect reserves the right to substitute it with a product of comparable value or nature, at our sole discretion.

5. Subject to Pune Jurisdiction

This section shall be read in conjunction with the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section of our main Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Offer Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
